★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is strategically located, clean and have good security. I love the swimming pool and how the gym is located to overlook the kids swimming pool..It makes it easy to see the children while using the gym..The playground is also located at the same level as the pool and gym.

However, the parking garage is absolutely ridiculous. It is not very safe and the design is terrible.
Getting in and out of the garage as well as the complex was always a hassle in the morning and evening.
Also, the prayer facility seemed like a complete afterthought. They are so small and cramped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place except 1.we need to park near the road.2. the security guard helpless. Need to find my own keys and there is ni security guard at the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go there to home tutor my one of my student. Almost every now and then got elevator issue. Worst part is when the wind blows hard, the lift door won't close. I still don't understand how's it's related, but it happens there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management never takes any resolve for parking lot obstacles by other unit owner . The security is foreigner and dumb . The management is useless never take any action on complain to security on parking obstacles issues . The level floors are dirty and the house keeping is worst . There is no public area dustbin . Ugly fountains been build in and no maintenance were taken on it . Mosquitoes and cockroaches clubbing there . The parking drive way is the most worst architecture ever seen . Regret to rent here !!!
