โ โ โ โ โ I went today to buy groceries and they priced the Blueberries at RM9.50 (although it stated Mango and was wrongly placed) and charged me RM11.90 for it.
The manager came over and started being very rude and asking us if we want or don't want it and he didn't even bother apologizing or giving a better solution.
When I asked him why he cannot give us at that price he said he will incur a loss. And he said that we should pay if we want.
After that I said why should we pay for his mistake and he continued to be rude and aggressive and saying things like we think its so easy to run a business etc.
When we are telling him how he should respect his customers, he continued to say that we should open a school and teach people.
What kind of answer is this! Such rude annoying behaviour.
I will never buy from this place again and suggest that you do not.
This kind of behaviour is why we still have horrible service in the industry.
Be responsible and take ownership if you own a business and make mistakes.
Horrible.
