★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is sometimes nice (to selected people only) and sometimes not nice even to senior citizens :( Accessibility wise, no lift for those who need them.. Parking wise, at least there is enough parking, but is quite dark at night so be extra alert! Also, make sure you enter from the train station entrance to take the komuter on opposite side of car park (the TnG machines are not functioning anywhere else!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Token machine not working at Petaling Station for YEARS. No staff manning ticket counter. So inconvenient especially for senior citizens having to walk up and down the stairs to buy token and up and down the stairs to board the train. This is truly a third world country.
