Super late delivery!
Order at 6.35pm, receive at 8.38pm! Called the branch to check multiples time during the wait and they say too many orders and cannot cope.
US Pizza please do something as this is not the first time that this happen especially from this branch! Because of this lateness Pizza received the dough is harden and dry.

β β β β β I used to buy the pizza here in 2021. Pizza was delicious. Staff is friendly and waiting time is usual like any other pizza place.
However, Iβve ordered twice this year alone and both times the pizza quality has dropped tremendously. The New York pizza chicken suppose to have two types of chicken but somehow it will be covered with lots of mushroom and very little chicken. I realized that the people managing at the counter this time are not locals.
So, I suspect the original pizzza taste has ruined because no longer managed or monitored by people who knows how to make the pizzas.
