★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive and the customer service are good. The shops really emphasise on customer’s satisfaction so they do reach out and explain their process beforehand.But it does took some times as there are some mistake on type of keyboard, which they should improve so that's the only complaint i have. Overall my keyboard replacement went well and it work just fine at the moment, also they provide 3 months warranty so you can reach out to them if there any problems during that period of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience maybe vary from their normal because during PKP 3.0 and they are not essential services. Overall, some services are low price but some are high price but work are in good quality and good result. Furthermore, i gain more trust to them after previous repair.

This is my second time using Ustaz Pc service ?. Their customer service very superb, keep updating me the progress till end. The staff very helpful and professional. Patiently explain one-by-one all the problems on my laptop and advised what supposed to do. The price is affordable and not too pricey ??. Best service. Keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy my bottom hinge is done at rm130. Screen is cracked after service! Bottom hinge is non related or connected to screen, so it is believed during repairing the screen has crack when the back of the laptop (image), has received hard hit on the back of laptop =( . After the explanation from the receptionist, they said it is normal. So I just walk out silently because the screen repair is another cost. After went home, I have asked around it is very obvious the screen is cracked due to unprofessional repair because it is totally fine when send it. I'm a sad but thinking nothing I can do...

Today, I contacted this company again for the activation of a Windows licence from a distance via online because my Windows licence had expired and needed to be reactivated.
I'm using their service for the second time. The people are quite pleasant and patient in assisting me in solving and answering my question.
