Went for a 2nd opinion after visiting other clinics in the area. the doctor took a detailed history complete with dates, symptoms and treatment given to me. explained to me via drawing on a blank piece of paper and showing me pictures from the internet about my condition and treatment options.
And now after 3 months i am finally feeling great after being treated by this doctor. tq so much doc !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic was recommended to me by my family because they have had good experiences here (hence, the two stars instead of one). However, not so for me. The doctor seemed very disinterested in my case and did not look at me in the face while talking to me which I find rather disrespectful. He spoke in a way that seemed dismissive. I could say positive things about how I was diagnosed or how my condition was treated in order to balance out the negative, but it just so happened he could not treat my condition and referred me to a specialist --which is totally fine, but now I can't write anything positive about my first visit. It could have just been that he had a bad night, but it felt personal to me nonetheless. Too bad it's me writing the review right now.

My complaint is not about the fact that I did not get treated -- as you can see I said, "it's totally fine" -- the only reason I brought that up was to state the fact that I cannot comment on any treatment in this review because my comment is more about hospitality and interpersonal interaction. I do not appreciate you detailing the process of my condition out in public even though you did not mention the actual condition; it is still not meant for public consumption and you should be practicing patient confidentiality. Please do not do that again.
And had I not brought my "list" of previous medications, doctor wouldn't have known, so the initiative was on my part. My point here is, do not use that bit of info to state your defense if it wasn't your initiative to begin with, since again, my complaint is about customer relations and not about treatment, in case that is not yet clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come here to see Dr Rupinder, he's so attentive, friendly & well manners, but unfortunately during my latest visit, i was attended by malay male doctor , he was so arrogant the way he's explained, unfriendly & never listening to patient situation. I told the nurse i didn't like this doctor treatment & the nurse help me to calm down, i admit the nurses there were great, but to the Dr, please have a passion towards your duty as a doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist asked whats wrong with my daughter. The doctor asked receptionist to check with us if injection was acceptable. When we went in for consultation, she didnt even care to check on my daughter. Instead just proceeded to give the injection. I had to intervene and asked her to confirm the diagnosis first. She didnt bother to check temperature till I told her. Didnt even explain about the meds. Not a good doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with this clinic. Permanent dr locum who came on duty every night is very good, professional. Will bring my kids here if unwell. Other doctors were good also. Staff there also kind,friendly. 5 star.
