The staff particularly ladies seem rude, they need workshop to be trained how to behave students. If you send an email to ISC or give a call hardly to get a reply...no one is answering! If you are an international students at UTM probably you will have a problem with ISC... you will not be satisfied by their services. Their working hours are almost 30 minutes late compared with other offices. Guys, this is really a honest review!

The attitudes of the staff should be proportional to an real academic environment, ofcourse I am not talking about all of them. But behave to the international students and attitudes toward them should not be according to the just family growing up level of the staff or any other visible or hidden reason or strategy as a cause of having not respectful attitudes toward international students . Instead, the attitudes toward and efforts ; like not neglecting the official emails of international students and reply them with full of responsibility, and be supportive with them, and behave them with the really respectful manner and politely should be like what UTM try to picture in their advertisements and the way before international students making their decision to choose UTM as their target university. Ofcourse these statements of mine is with considering of the assumption that the mission of UTM is according to a healthy and normal academic environment like what it seems when some important and well- known persons of Malaysia is attending in UTM and have such respectful and friendly attitudes toward the all students. Because I am sure these important persons don't do that for advertising in favor of a university with unknown or not respectful strategy , I am sure that they are trying to send this message that" the UTM characteristic is approved by us for this reason we are here." And with this assumption, it is expected from the managers and staff not to show their upbringing manners just by kissing the hands of them, because you're attitudes toward the students will show the thing which they try to approve by their attendance here. I should add this fact that, I wrote this long message and spent some of my time during my final exams period, just because some so important persons who approved the UTM standards by their attendance here in campus seems are really respectful in contrast with the attitudes of some staff toward international students. This contrast was my main motivation to spend my time to write this long comment, I hope I had no wrong about this fact and hope to this comment can help to make closer the standard of very important and respectful persons who try to approve visible and hidden UTM's characteristic to their well-known standards. In addition, to be honest, I have marked 1 star as rate because it is not possible sending the post without selecting the rate. But my choice is no star considering what I mentioned above.

Not crowded ? Seems hygiene and safe

UTM has a perfect balance of modern and natural life, it's a peaceful and great place to meditate

Hmm quite good
