She was weak, breath heavily and can barely move. We ask them is it possible to remove the muzzle because it's hard for her to breath. They said they will remove it. But we waited for so long there, we notice that they did not remove (the dog is in a cage). Looking at my dog suffocating, it really breaks my heart. After getting home, we got a phone call, telling us that my dog is dead. And they charge us a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their service, since I got one fierce and hard to please cat. He can't sit still and will always hissing someone new and even a kitten. So during injection, doctor give him something to make him busy which is food! We did't get that treatment in our previous vet clinic. So yeah. 5 star should be enough. And oh, the place is free of bad odour, which is good and cosy. Their workers are super nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always came back here for the excellent services provided. Staffs and vets are all friendly and answer my questions splendidly. Meds given mostly were effective to my cats. Got discounts too because I'm a regular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one good vet. The staffs are friendly. Treat my pets great. The cost depend on the treatment, If it was just vaccines, or usual treatments, the rate is average, for me it is not very costly for non gov vet. Open till 10pm. Take a rest around 7.30-8.30pm. I will make this vet as my other pit stop if I can't get my pet to gov vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitallity and explanation is very good. But the only thing is ,the charges too high. Hope clinic will deeply look into this matter as there are many vet clinics open nowaday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall ok, Dr explained well about my cat condition, a bit pricey, bad customer service need to improve it. The staff not really friendly and lack of knowledge about cats.
