★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their showroom last week, the site office which attach to the showroom is pretty big and the sales staff is very informative too. I'm just scouting around, but end up quite liking this property, their built up started from 1,200+ sf with relatively good price considering the location is really near to KL and surrounded by all kinds of amenities you actually can think off. Also they give option for kitchen cabinet (which is always a good thing,cuz ain't nobody want the hassle??). Did someone mention about layout? My answer is, yesss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nicely done up show unit and sales gallery. In my opinion, this project is a good buy for several reasons:
1. Good price point. Not often you find such lowly price property within half hour from KLCC.
2. Good size. 1203 sq ft with 3 room and 3 baths.
3. Low density. Only 240 units.
4. Location is good, easy access to KL or Rawang.
5. Possible to make it both as own home or as investment as rental demand in the area is not too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice development, went to the showroom the other day with missy, their show unit was nice & spacious. Location is strategic, convenient for groceries shopping, and there're few schools around too. In sum, It's a good deal and great for young couple like us. Not to forget, the Sales representative was very friendly and helpful! Thanks for being so patient guiding us throughout the process. Sorry for asking so many questions too as this is our first house.

Easy access to KL city center & many places. Good for own stay & investment. Sales representatives were friendly and patient throughout the whole session. Highly recommended to people who looking for property.
