★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very poor maintainance and design
-Lift door button are useless, it will still close when you are pressing the OPEN button, and u can't cancel the selection of floor.
-Gym room and swimming have operating time, YOU CAN'T GO THERE ANYTIME.
-Car park and corridor lightning are not user friendly, sometimes cloudy day you have to walk in the dark because THERE IS NO LIGHT.
-Visitor registration are not systematic, there will be a LONG QUEUE if there is someone registering.
-The corridor is too small, u don't even have space to dry ur clothes
-The parking lot are not in a good design, you can only move ur car one by one cuz one of it is blocking the other car.
To be honest, don't invest on this property

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every morning smelled of cow dung due to illegal settlers in front of the condo. Hope the management can make a complaint to the authorities immediately for action. This pollution can bring discomfort to the occupants of this condo. If the authorities do not take action, please file a complaint on TV3 Aduan Rakyat.
