★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaani is amazing in her work and very professional. She also adheres to SOP during this pandemic times .. it really adds on to the customer experience. She is open to feedback and provides the best shape of eyebrows for me! i would recommend her services to anyone out there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I think they have no permanent staff as the owner itself is very rude not only to the customer but also to the staff So they left...
Secondly I requested to do threading, if they cant do threading they should discuss with me before start her stupid work... suddenly I felt warm and hot when I asked she say I apply wax... I was shocked... the staff or the owner saying these days we dont do threading..... she started blaming the customer that they didnt know how to place their hand/ fingers when she do threading... I just stay calm. After all her work done she charge me RM 25 for her 10 mins Job...
Overall I felt she doesnt know how to respect her customer, didnt know how to speak politely to her customer...a strong advice ... please tell your customer What the service they will do if cant obey customer order... the most important is discuss the price before you offer your stupid work...
Very diasappointing..... if you continue those stupid work in further they will be no staff plus close your business....
We the customer paying not coming there to waste our time or Looking for free service... mind your language ... attend some customer care course... spend some money for your personal development... Finally smile to your customer , talk polite , make them feel facilitating etc .. idiots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service , if they got headache they shouldn’t open the shop , showing attitude towards the customers. Don’t understand why men are allowed in shop while old lady have to stand for a long time . All the way from Singapore, my sis said worst service ever at so called little india briekfields. Better go normal shop or Chinese shop for threading,looks like we asking for free service !! If you continue showing your arrogant attitude towards ur customers, you will loose your business definitely. We also doing business, but never like you dear lady !! Such a arrogant attitude somemore in bridal service ??
Sorry for suggesting this shop !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont do eyebrow threading any longer due to COVID situation i guess. So they only have eyebrows waxing. Which is good because the person was wearing mask while doing waxing. But final clean up still using threading and mask was removed. So i dont see a point there. Eyebrows waxing, face waxing and partial neck waxing cost rm120. It’s quite pricey for me as usually i pay half the price elsewhere but maybe this is brickfields standard? Not sure ? other than that, seemed ok as they accepted walk in

I'm so happy with my Eyebrows and it was done very professionally, quick and neat.
I did my body Waxing and absolutely loved it with the way it's done - very clean, neat and used disposable strips.
Overall it's worth the price for a Great Service, Clean & Relaxing Ambience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly when I walked in the owner I presume immediately said there was no threading only waxing. Another beautician did the service for me, upper lip and chin. she waxed and threaded a little. When it was time to pay, the beautician charged me RM35, and I already was making the transfer when the owner came out and said it was RM53. I only did an upper lip and chin wax and when i asked for a breakdown, she dismissed me and said its waxing not threading, yes, but I wanted the breakdown of the price. Very very dissapointing.

UPDATE:-
Based on the reviews left here, I was NOT expecting anything other than the boss/owner/senior staff just backing up herself and her actions. I asked for the breakdown when I was at the salon which should have been given then, you could of course go the extra mile to want to find my contact and clarify but it's too much to ask from someone who is insisting on treating her customers the way you do. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience here and it’s been few times coming here. I did waxing for my eye brows and upper lips. It took almost month to grow back which is good for me. As my second trip was threading and some clean up for my eye brows. I will come back here again for the service as she was very friendly and and accommodating as well. Work is clean and neat. I would say you are in good hands. Kudos to you! ?
