★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business provides no return, no exchange policy despite what was printed on their official receipt. We tried to exchange 2 dimmers that we bought the next day with receipt and packaging, our renovator didn't think the dimmers were fit to our lightings. The products had not been unwrapped from their original boxes. After much persistence, the sales rep reluctantly agreed with the condition that he had to dismantle the dimmer into many complicating tiny pieces to make sure that the dimmers were still in good condition, despite the fact that we had not even unwrapped the dimmers from their original packaging. This business lacks common sense and initiative to retain returning customers.
