★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my class at Value Office for a number of occasion. The location is in central Johor. Easy to find, and lots of parking space at the basement. I rode bike and parking there is free.
Many food eatery nearby during my lunch break, or dinner before my class starts. 24hr convinent stall across the street.
Seminar hall is not too big. Enough for about 50-100 people. The hall is clean, aircon is just nice. Cosy carpeted flooring and wall. There is also a work bench and WiFi available.
Most importantly, the service is very good, with affordable rate. It is the best seminar hall I have been to in Johor Bahru.

Walking distance to various restaurants and integrated with mid valley shopping complex. Also waking distance to cimb bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great venue to have business meeting, training session or seminars. My trainer and our trainee love it and we plan to use this place again in future. Not so much pictures taken doing our training event but a lot of motivational quotes hanging there which i think its good to boost positive vibe. Will come again definitely!
