The Go To Place for interior and exterior car detailing. Excellent value and the owner is hands on with the whole process and is very attentive to my car. Recommended for those that are looking for quality services with a moderate price worth paying for.

Being a person that looks after his cars, and I mean REALLY look after his cars - I would never send my ride to any car wash centres having experienced my own fair share of bad encounters. Velvet Sheen is definitely ALL about the details. Having seen all the other impeccable reviews on google, one cannot help but to help a little skeptical. So I sent my rx8 with a shoddy recent paintwork to seek his consultation. Phillip does not once come across as being pushy at all, and never hard sells his products and services. I decided to opt for the paint correction and ion coating services. The results came out AMAZING. Phillip is obviously hands on and ensures his team of staff had the attention to detail while executing the job. Kudos for going above and beyond, even providing some cherry topping services whom I’ve never seen any detailer in the local market provide.

Got my coating for my Mercedes today. Amazing results. The car is as coming from fresh from the shop. It is amazing what results this team of experienced professionals is able to do in due time. Excellent service and guidance which is hard to find. Definitively a place to go.

My car is >10 years old and for the past 12 months, it’s been sitting on my porch untouched. When I opened the the door for the first time in over a year, I was greeted with a whole ecosystem of fungus, mould, mushrooms and god knows what else. There were things growing everywhere from the ceiling, steering wheel and even the windshield due to a leakage in one of the windows. From the looks of it, it seemed to me that the car couldn’t be saved and had to be sold for scraps. I decided to contact Velvet Sheen in hopes of salvaging what’s left of the poor old car. The owner, Dr Philip, responded very quickly and gave me reassurance as well as some advice on how to go about this. Dr Philip then came over to personally take a look at it himself. From the moment he stepped through my gate, I already had the feeling that the car was in good hands. His professionalism, as well as his team’s, cannot be overstated. He examined the scene and gave me a brief rundown of what needed to be done. I handed him the keys and he took it back to the shop. On the same night, he gave me a detailed explanation of what he was cleaning and why. It turns out my whole ceiling needed to be changed, which worried me because that could’ve meant forking out more money. However, he displayed his intelligence and diligence by reshaping the existing interior ceiling for me. I could not be more grateful. Over the course of the cleaning process, I was continuously updated on the progress. He sent some horrifying pictures of the interior to me and I started feeling sorry for putting such a big burden on his back ?? Nonetheless, Velvet Sheen worked extensively to complete the job with skill, going the extra mile when my expectations weren’t even high. I picked up my car today with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude and respect. Everything looks as good as new and I can have my car back for Christmas. From the steering wheel, seats, carpets, ceiling, everything was spotless. He also cleaned the inside of my headlights, not that I would ever notice it being dirty! Even when I walked into the shop, Dr Philip greeted me with an enthusiastic smile and proceeded to rundown what was done. He also identified the source of the leakage and rectified it for me. Put simply, I’m blown away. Words really cannot explain how impressed I am by Dr Philip and Velvet Sheen. There are businesses that operate with pride, empathy and proactivity. And about 200 levels above, there’s Velvet Sheen. I do not usually write reviews but this time, it would be treacherous not to. If you’re thinking about bringing your car to Velvet Sheen to do any one of the many expert services they provide, just know that you can’t find a better place, or even better value. To Dr Philip and the rest of the team, THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY CAR! You have my loyalty for as long as I have a car. Top notch service. Sent my car here for some emergency cleaning before CNY and Phillip took care of it within a day. I picked the car up the next day and it looked brand new. You can tell Phillip and his crew try to maintain a certain level of quality and attention to detail in their work. Highly recommend.

I was reconmmended by a friend to do car detailing works at Velvet Sheen and the experienceis great. Making an appointment was a breeze and Dr Philip provided a warm welcome. Firstly before recommending any works or plan, he will take his time to explain the different types of works, from waxing to coating. Basically, it was as if I attended a 'Basic auto detailing crash course 101' as I do not have any knowledge to it. After which, he will get to know more details of how you take care your car, where you park your car (indoor or outdoor), how often you wash, what is your aim etc.. With that, he will propose a work plan suitable to your needs so that you will get the best value out of it. Unlike other workshops, they will try to hardshell their most expensive plan even though it will not be worth it if you don't know how to take care of it. Dr Philip would want to ensure that the customer are getting the best out of him and he really took pride of his work. Overall, a 10/10 experience and will definitely reconmmend any friends to come here.
