★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible! Made an appointment a week prior. Came an hour earlier as I was in the area, so was understandable when I had to wait for them to finish a pre-existing customer. But I had to show proof of the email that I had even made the appointment in the first place. That put me off a bit. Then when I finally went up to view, she showed me two options that I liked. One of them was a new arrival. Thinking I was born yesterday, the saleslady insisted that I make the booking before being able to even try on the dress. Despite trying to make sense with her of how unreasonable that sounded, she insisted because it was a new arrival. Clearly, she didn't want my business. Hope she doesn't treat other customers the same.

Even bridal car flora design or flower use on my actual day, they really tried their best to fulfil my request! All staff are nice, especially Alice who help us a lot in accommodating with the appointment and to schedule our time to try our gown and to collect album. She is very friendly, give us a lot of choice for the gown, and suits. All are newly arrived. Me and wife higly recommended for Groom Brides to be to choose Venus bridal selection!! ???⭐⭐⭐
