1. Food: not so good Dry fried fresh mushrooms - ok, small portion (rm20) Sweet sour pork - bad, no taste, small portion (rm30) Homemade Golden crispy bean curd - ok, small portion (rm20) Teow Chew fish - bad, we have been waiting for sometime and when asked to checked our order, they missed out and requested to wait/cancel instead of saying "sorry, we will serve as fast possible". After 30mins of waiting, they served us a Steamed Fish. (rm39) 2. Service : don't have menu, no price tag, slow, glass was not washed properly 3. Overall : bad experience, won't patronise again, overly rated

Love their Cantonese style fried Kuey Tiow. The claypot pork liver is the must for every time's visit. Fried Sotong ball is awesome but little bit too pricy. Overall very nice food. Wine Steam Prawn is superb!

A popular joint with locals and visiting Singaporeans, New Lucky restaurant is an unassuming restaurant with a laid back and straight to basics Chinese restaurant. Known for various specialties including claypot pork liver, fried Kway Teow with cockles, black pepper crayfish fish etc. There’s an al fresco section as well as an indoors air conditioned section. Street side parking is available and prices are very reasonable. 4/5!

Avoid at all cost. The live lobster is overcook in weird taste superior soup, the server upsell the fish and even rename it. Totally dunno wat fish that is recommended till it’s served. The wings is over floured. The price paid is totally not worth! There’s a lot of flies though it’s air-conditioning. U have to fend off the flies while eating. Won’t be patronising again. No wonder it’s also empty pre-Covid. I’m surprise that it’s so packed today so gave it a try. Bad choice indeed.

Second time visited this restaurant. Good quality of Chinese Food. The Claypot Pork Liver is a must try. Salted Steam Chicken was tender and juicy which goes very well with the Chilli & Ginger sauce provided. Char Kway Teow with Cockles was good with “char” taste. Total cost was about RM99 for two of us plus a pot of chrysanthemum tea which is refillable. It’s better to come here in a big group than just two person since their portion is quite big especially the Salted Steamed Chicken was half a chicken which is the smallest portion. Also, more people allow to order more variety of dishes since there are more people to share the food. We are somehow satisfied with the quality of the food despite it is relatively pricey as compared to other places. Last but not least, the servers are rather quite intimidating as they are pushy, impatient while taking order and clumsy while serving. One of the servers broke the glass as she cleared the table and the other spilled over the gravy as she stir the Claypot Liver for us. Also, we noticed that another server use the table cloth laid over the table to wipe her hands twice. Hope they improve the service upon our return the next time.

Chicken meat is tender. Oysters are very fresh. Great recommendation from my friend. Will visit again to try on other dishes.

Food is generally ok, the chicken is tender and taste good.. The bad part is that this restaurant doesn't have menu, no price tag etc.. ordering of food is just based of the recommendation of waitress.. Serving of food is slow perhaps due to lack of manpower.. Booked an individual room for tonight's meal.. room is equipped with karaoke..

Established 1978, 44 years of excellent local Chinese cuisine. The founder Ah Choi certainly brings the best ingredients and cooking experiences to our table. 8 adults and 7 kids enjoyed a sumptuous dinner on 7th May 2022. We ordered pig stomach pepper soup, roasted piglet, roasted chicken, homemade bean curd with vege, prawn omelette, claypot pork liver and a big plate of vege(Nai Bai 奶白) All dishes were delicious and all adults and kids enjoyed the dinner and emptied all plates. The signature dishes we knew are pork stomach pepper soup(better call to reserve), Claypot pork liver, fried kuey teow with cockles. Some says their lobster soup and steam TeoChew style fish and steam chicken are among their signature dishes too. We will try it on our next trip if possible. Kudos to the management and team.
