★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the showroom. No doubt big space and price point potentially well suited to most buyers given its size - however sales agents are not professional onsite to the least.
If you get a sales guy name *Brian How* (avoid at all cost as the way he gave me a tour seemed like he has ACHIEVED his full year 2019 target and doesn’t even seem interested to give me an introduction). Of course mannerism and courtesy is what you’d expect to be none existent.
Aside from the space you pay for, everything else is bare. I was even told by the lousy sales agent that the colors of the cabinet provided may even vary by tone (I meant to begin with the tone of the color on display is cream colored which gives the very dirty and old feel). Layout of the unit looks alright but the color combo and the so called “partially furnished” bit is a joke by 2019 standard.
Would not recommend.

I think he is helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions though you might think this is his work ethic since he is trying his best to promote this property. In terms of location, this property is the cross section between PJS5 and PJS2 if not mistaken, no doubt it is more like Malay residential area but looking forward to the future plans by MASTERON if they can implement according to their promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewing this based on what we saw at the sales gallery. Good location and spacious but the only available units for non bumi are in Tower B and they are bare units. BTW, unlike what was previously commented about Brian How, he is actually great IMHO and patiently explained everything to us in detail even though we were late for the appointment and it was way past the closing time. Thanks Brian!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a unit here. I think it's overall a strategic location right in the middle of everything - KL, PJ, Subang. Super convenient & you get to travel to anywhere within a short distance. Also with the price that you're paying for a unit here, I'd say go for it.
I personally like the European Scandinavian design layout a lot. Really looking forward to the launch of this condo soon, hope it won't disappoint!
