★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful security guard, friendly reception staff. Plenty of visitors parking available, it charge RM 2 for first few hours however first 15 minutes parking are free. Nice building design, clean and comfortable sales and marketing office. However the way to enter here is a bit hard to find even it's just beside highway. It would be better if there's some sign or indicator to lead the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst public listed developer company. The workmanship of their project is very and extremely bad compare to others. The house quality is even worse than those Rumawip and Rumah Selangorku. They cost you 500-600k, but give u 200k quality. And their staffs are ignorant too, not responsive and act dumb.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM LBS ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AND PUT YOUR MONEY TO THE OTHER DEVELOPER !

Review was removed maybe because it was reported. It's ok. The latest update from defect report, remember the accessories on the sink that was reported? Do you know how they fix it? They removed it from my sink, so now, that's considered defect fixed for them. Doors were repainted instead of replaced and re-aligned.
No efforts were shown on defect repair. It was mainly, if it's still usable then it's not a defect. Well, I've given up on trusting the defects conducted by the company. Will advise everyone to claim the money from the stakeholder to repair the defect where 5% is being withheld.
Next, this building will show it's worse when it rains. Balcony is flooded with water fountain where water starts entering into the house. Videos are attached. Again, if its not viral, no action.
Lastly, take your money to a different company.
p/s: VP-ed on December, paid 3 months monthly installment and still can't move in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor developer. Published VP and charged buyers maintenance fees all and that and also fully paying full amount installment, but the project condition is totally cannot be stay. Dirty and dust everywhere. Unlimited defect but not even be solved since passed VP 2 months and more. The project cost us 500k++ but come this rumawip quality. Please take your risk before choose this developer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got in contact with one of their sales agent Sebastian regarding their housing project if there are any available in Putrajaya. He got to me 40 minutes later asking what my budget was. I didn't reply him after his message because I was out busy. He replied back an hour later getting angry for me saying if I don't want to give my budget don't bother messaging him and he blocked me.
What kind of sales agents do these company hire? They're so unprofessional, impatient and not attentive to their potential buyers when we go visit their showroom.
