β β β β β give 0 stars for this clinic. They doctors there failed to diagnose my cat condition. They can't even explain the situation properly. Let my cat become more worst and I keep paying the bills

β β β β β Alhamdulillah. So far this is the best veterinary clinic we went to in Penang. Our cat Jack has been properly taken care off after he was misdiagnosed by other veterinary clinic in Penang.
A very dedicated team of staff. They swiftly investigate, diagnosed and treated Jack's problem successfully. Jack went through a successful operation and have been warded until he was fully recovered.
The most important thing is the way they treated our cat was like no any other veterinary clinics we have been to.. Thank you Dr Chan, the surgeon Dr Lim and others. You guys did well. Thumbs up!

β β β β β Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The vet described my puppy's condition to me in full details and they impressed me with alot of advance machines to aid with the diagnosis. My puppy is a happy dog again thanks to them ???

β β β β β Good service and comfortable place to send my cat. The doctor, Dr. Chan, treated my cat well. The staffs are helpful. My cat had a broken leg and they informed me every day about his condition via a short video to me. The price is reasonable too.

β β β β β Well-equipped vet clinic to treat your pets, doctors are professional, kind and knowledgable. Service and treatment are reasonable priced
But bare in mind that vet cannot do miracle, every owner needs to learn to take good care of their pets, don't let them end up in clinic except preventive (vaccinations & parasite control) health care.
Do not blame vet for what you have done to your own pet all this while.
