史上最烂诊所和医生没有之一！！！
和几位朋友一起过去要做身体检查，因为我们不知道诊所有什么配套和价钱如何，所以先打电话过去询问。加上是第一次做身体检查，完全不懂。谁知？问了等于白问！接电话的助理说要问医生才懂，他们完全不知道价钱和配套。没关系，我们就说想预约时间，因为多人的关系。但是是没得预约，需要walk-in。好！没问题。到了当天，见到了医生，就问医生有什么配套。结果医生回问我要检查什么。直接傻眼！！！HELLO??我想了解身体检查配套有什么我才能知道我要检查什么啊！然后我就问基本的身体检查有什么？结果他回答"就一些基本的检查咯"。他也没多加跟你解释。真的被医生炸到?。真想给他翻300次白眼。过后我想说检查心脏，医生说做心电图需要另外加。没问题。检查好了后就到柜台要付钱。呵呵，谁知？只收现金。一个人需要Rm200-Rm300++，我们身上根本没那么多现金，想说不能用卡应该可以online transfer吧？只能说这间诊所真的是处处给你惊喜！online transfer 也不可以！最后我们还要出去提款再过来付。

The assistant who answered the phone said that he had to ask the doctor to understand, and they had no idea about the price and the package. It doesn't matter, we just said that we want to make an appointment, because there are many people. But no appointment is required, walk-in is required. it is good! no problem. On the day, when I saw the doctor, I asked the doctor what kind of package he had. As a result, the doctor asked me what to check. Just dumbfounded! ! ! HELLO?? I want to know what the physical examination package is, so I can know what I want to check! Then I asked what is the basic physical examination? As a result, he replied "just some basic checks". He didn't explain to you more. Really blown up by the doctor ?. I really want to roll his eyes 300 times. Later, I want to check the heart, the doctor said that the ECG needs to be added. no problem. After checking, go to the counter to pay. Haha, who knows? Cash only. A person needs Rm200-Rm300++, we don’t have that much cash at all. I want to say that if we can’t use a card, we should be able to transfer online? I can only say that this clinic really surprises you everywhere! Online transfer is also not possible! Finally, we have to go out to withdraw money and pay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude. Waited half an hour when there is no patient (seriously no patient at all). Requested him to write referral letter to refer me to dermatologist clinic not under AIA so i be able to claim medical fees from my company. He then wrote me a letter to another AIA panel hospital when he knew that i actually do not need a letter to visit to any panel clinics or hospitals under AIA. Pay RM5 for consultation fees and he charge RM15 to my AIA card for a useless referral letter.
