★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帮我剪头发的应该是老板娘。她一开始就拿着梳子和修发机，一直削呀削。然后我头顶的头发，她就拿了那种打薄发量的剪刀，剪了几下，头发就剪好了。整个剪发过程不到8分钟（我都有留意时间），价格是RM40，不包括洗头。
我是APT Saloon的固定顾客。他们的senior hairstylist也只是RM35，除了20分钟到半小时慢慢帮你剪发，还包括温水冲洗、吹干和梳头。这次是因为MCO的关系，没有办法去到10公里以外，所以才会尝试尝试这一家发廊。
不是价格的问题，而是服务素质和体验真的很不良好。个人感觉老板娘好像是为了赶着服务别的客人，我这边就随便剪几刀。老实说，真的有一种被骗的感觉。
 It should be the lady boss who cut my hair. She held the comb and hair trimmer from the beginning, and kept shaving them. Then the hair on the top of my head, she took the kind of hair-thinning scissors, cut a few times, and the hair was cut. The entire hair cutting process takes less than 8 minutes (I have to pay attention to the time), and the price is RM40, excluding hair washing.
I am a regular customer of APT Saloon. Their senior hairstylist is only RM35. In addition to slowly cutting your hair in 20 minutes to half an hour, it also includes warm water rinsing, blow drying and combing. This time, because of MCO, there is no way to go 10 kilometers away, so I tried this hair salon.
It is not the price, but the service quality and experience are really not good. Personally, I feel that the lady boss is trying to serve other customers, so I just cut a few dollars. To be honest, there is really a sense of being cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor attitude by owner, rude, not intertain customer, not professional, not deserve to get any star.. angry at customer who sit at chair, when customer said u don't intertain us that's y we sit here, she can say " WE ALL VERY BUSY" AND REPEAT 2 TIMES ? GO TO HELL WITH YOUR BUSY. DO NOT OPEN YOUR SHOP IF U ARE VERY BUSY STUPID!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, if you would like to have a haircut. Please DO NOT visit this place. Extremely poor service by Samantha (Director&Owner of the shop) She has an extremely abusing mouth in which she condemns the customer repetitively. There are two innocent lady assistants at her shop that are very much sacred and worried about their boss's scary attitude and behaviour.A customer whom visits the shop needs to have a great experience in order to enjoy a service unfortunately the lack of professionalism from Samantha outshines her hairdresser experience. She needs to control her temper as she has poor anger management issues. We paid RM50 for haircut (which was just a 10mins trim) 15 mins unwanted talk from Samantha.
