Clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable waiting room.
Staffs were very polite, well trained. Itemised details with reasonable pricing explained to customers prior to service. No sudden addition or unnecessary items was added.
Accept advance booking for both new order and car service.
Waiting time to complete car service was shorter than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied.. I have to wait for more than 3 hours for the service to be done. Appointment at 10am and at 1.00pm the staff said the car just brought in for service. So sad. Around 1.30pm still waiting..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad management. very poor customer service. not customer-oriented. my car affected due recent unexpected disaster of flood and left here for more than 2 months for nothing.. still lot of part not done..service are too slow. customer service not helpfull with no firm answer to customer. bad place to service your car. not recommended.

Wanted to give full stars, but unable to do so as i did experienced uncool stuff with my wife's car that should didnt get some of the services quote in the receipt due to negligence of technicians that could be avoided obviously. However, in term of general customer services i would say i am satisfied with this centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good!! I've been taking my X70 & Persona for a several times and have always had a good experience. Customer service is excellent and they live by the golden rule. Can't recommend them enough!
They always get me in quickly, the prices are great, and the waiting area is really nice and comfy. Definitely the nicest Proton Service I’ve ever been to.
