Quiet place and feels safe to stay here.But,maybe management should do something with the playground?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of unit for sale, once signed the booking form and loan approved, the owner decided not to sell the unit, block A level 4, facing pool. Crazy owners. Mostly owned by Singaporean. The neighborhood is good. Near food outlets, mosque, and highway. Highly populated by expatriates. Nearby Arab International school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed there since day 1 (1997) until 2013. Very nice place and convenient. The place is nicer now that they have no restaurant at the clubhouse. We can see amelioration at the poolside at least. Good value for investment.
