No visitor parking. Unless you pay for it.
All my visitors unable to enter, and they forced us to park outside illegally!
Pui! Earn so much from selling this expensive property, yet still want to collect visitor parking rental which should be free to all visitors!
Not recommended to buy this property at all!

The property stands in a strategic location, near Jalan Chan Sow Lin, where one gets the privilege to enjoy the scenic viewing of the entire Kuala Lumpur City. The 35-storey development, which is built on a 3.35 piece of leasehold land, is expected to be complete by 2019. The serviced apartment property which will be loaded with a wide range of facilities consists of two blocks, each expected to have 35 storeys. The project will have a total of 384 units with various layouts ranging from 888 square feet to 1273 square feet. A unit in this property comes with single or double bedrooms. The developer Akisama Group of Companies is popular for producing strategically prime projects on time and most likely, that’s the reason why 60% of the One Residence’s units were already bought by early 2016. Since its establishment in 1979, Akisama Group of companies has rapidly grown to become a top-notch Klang Valley developer, concentrating in the development of residential as well as commercial properties. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person cannot be contacted. Came to one residences, even the security don't know where "victoria home one residences" is. Definitely a kind of scam. Book at your own risk, but my family and i was forced to stay outside at 9pm and finally changed hotel at 11pm.
