β β β β β I came so far and this is the baddest customer service I experienced here in Gurney Paragonβs Victoria Secret. The staffs are rude and not friendly especially the malay one. I donβt mind if you donβt wanna guide or greet customer but donβt speak rudely. Everyone else is working also but still know how to handle professionalism in working. Staffs need more training especially for smiling and being polite.
