★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hot spa with a big complex though hot spas are limited. There are few pools, all are with hot water. So if someone wishes to have spa in warm or normal temperature water, cannot have spa here. Overall it's not that clean as well. The shower facility is good but most of the bathrooms are smelly. No that much enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded, bad toilet access. Toilet are not maintained despite visitors paid to enter the hot springs. Floor are quite slippery. Although the whole experience of dipping in the hot springs with your friends and family is enjoyable, the smell and sanitary conditions of the toilet kills the vibe. No water access in toilet went I went there the other time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but not many stall around to buy food and drink. For those who has a skin problems this was a right place to go because this mineral water containing 5% of sulphur. But unfortunately the changing room not well maintain.and shared with a women. Owner kindly pls open eyes the washroom. Keep maintain all time for public users....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be better with in-ground pools and spacious ones.. now they reconstructed the whole hotsprings area with smaller pools and two huge pools.. it get so crowded and really awkward to share the small pools with strangers..
Parking is good.. showers are not.. need improvement.
Overall, the water is hot in the small pools.. and extremely hot at the huge ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just very minimal in term of decoration, facility and others. But if you just come to enjoy authentic hot water with family and even just yourself yes this place is good. The best part here is the cheap price and the time schedule which is 24hours. Expect crowded people with family here unless you came at 7-8pm and after midnight i think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entry ticket fee is RM 5 for adult. The water is hot and some can consider as very hot. There are a number of pools but unfortunately some pools are quite dirty. The toilet and changing room really need to be upgraded and to keep in a better condition. I suggest to come at night time as it is a good time to enjoy at pool.

Facilities look tired but the staff in attendance were cordial and attentive.
There are several bricked-up tanks with differing levels of hot water temperatures to get accustomed to.
A good place to have a family picnic too... there are several conveniently positioned gazebos to shelter and proper separate shower/changing rooms for men and women.
There's an entrance fee charged... RM5 for adults, RM3 for children

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was refreshing EXCEPT tht the toilet was so smelly and uncomfortable despite having to pay for the hotspring and its facilities. And there's some smell tht comes from the water, tht is certainly not refreshing. I hope the person in charge for the hotspring can take some action and better the place.
