★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a really great time in this resort. Their breakfast is delicious and food is fresh (their fruits are amazing). The view on the beach from the restaurant is sensational, and the suite I was in was super clean, functional and with a direct view on the beach. The kind of stuff you’d want to wake up to.
The resorts isn’t necessarily very well run, or rather they’re very relaxed about everything so perhaps that needs a little more professionalism but if you’re just there to relax, this won’t matter much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is pretty good as any of beach resorts are. The villa was really in poor condition. Mold & cracks are everywhere. So, you can expect the smell of the room. The curtains are in very poor condition. Not worth RM500++ per night at all.
The service is the worst of all. There’s no water in the morning. I complained & asked for help at 6.30 am since we have to solat subuh. But they came with a lot of mineral water at 7am. The staff keep coming around & warn us without a sing smile. Ruined our holiday experience. There’s no bbq place & they tell us every resort doesnt prepare bbq place. Whatt?!! What a vacation ruined!! Not coming here again. Never!
There’s alot more real resorts with real vacation experiences in Bachok. Dont waste your money here. You will be frustrated.

- Weird entrance to the kids pool
- Owner of the place, kindly do something about this. The location and the beach is nice but please make the place lively and maintain the cleanliness of the resort. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy stay. It's a run down sorry excuse for a resort. No WiFi, no lunch or dinner served, no hot water, no amenities. The rooms too are not so clean. Structural integrity of some buildings are questionable. We booked for 2 nights but left after just a night.

Cons : Bit far of you want to eat at warung. But u can always dine in @ order online - FoodPanda @ Grabfood
Rate : Affordable. Not too cheap not to expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place is kinda rundown. not sure if it is because of the PKP or there might be a good reason behind it.
I paid a premium price despite the unfavourable room condition.
bathroom is rusted. hard water and soap stain at the wall is eminent.
the shower head was "another level".
water was barely coming out from it.
beddings..my son had been bitten by bedbugs the next day.
even the bed screaming with cracking sound (as if it was going to collapse) everytime we switched sleeping position.
the surrounding is not wellkept.
one white guy seemed to go around doing all sorts of things from maintenance, night security guard, even he did some beach cleaning too.
breakfast spread was a huge dissapointment.
very limited food selection despite paying a high price for a stay.
Beach wise..not very clean (maybe due to moonsoon season?)
toilet for pool facility is BAD..heck no..it is the WORST. Can't even take a picture due to its filthy state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced no water supply from 8pm until now (2319). Terrible! The place was not well maintained and not muslim friendly (should put qibla direction, wet space in the bathroom to perform wudhu'). Definitely would not come again.
