有幸今日在陆先生的带领下，来到云顶山脚下的一个有机生态菜园，认识了何先生，何赞能先生。一位对有机生态农耕很有研究的园主。
何先生对有机生态的农耕心得，多发表在中国的网页上。反而在我国的网页却很少看到何先生的报道。这足以说明，我国对有机生态农耕的认识，还是很启蒙的。
何先生的有机生态菜园，在云顶半山的山脚下，一片二十英亩的山脊土地，开辟一片种植有机菜。何先生最厉害的绝招就是，无农药种植法。开始时，销路不好，因为果菜都是被虫鸟侵袭过，消费者不能接受有虫的果菜，视为有毒。
随着何先生的多年努力开发市场，也获得台湾雷久南博士的义务相挺。近年来，何先生的菜园成了治疗癌症的疗养堂了。很多被医生判为癌症的病人都来这里求酱。疗程是喝了以调理过的PH水打出的果汁及菜汁，可以有效的阻止癌症的扩散。当然不可吃肉。
