Decided to try this optometrist based on the very good google reviews. Indeed a very very good hospitality from Zoey and her staff,she patiently explain everything from eye testing,frames to lenses. Recommended me which frames/lenses is the best suit for me based on my budget. Highly recommended for this shop. Definitely will come here again for after sale services. Cheers!!

very good experience with Vision optometry. I came here for a complete eyecheck and made a new pair of glasses as well. Zoey is very knowledgeable in this area and provide very good consultation and advice. Her partner is very helpful as well. I will recommend this place for regular eyecheck as well as any other glasses related matters.

If you are considering which optometrist to visit in Klang Valley, look no further - this is the place you have been "looking" for (pun intended!). I'm not a Klang Valley native and have stayed here for only four years. Since I've arrived, however, I've visited just over half a dozen different opticians and optometrists - but none have made so remarkable an impression as Vision Optometry has during my visit to them earlier this afternoon! The last time I had a pair of glasses fitted and made for my myopia (near-sightedness) was in 2017, in Ipoh. There, I'd been a loyal customer of a local chain of opticians since I had my first pair done at the age of 7. From a young age, I'd always understood the process of fitting lenses and glasses to be a fairly simple one - get your "power" measured at the machine, sit down in a chair, squint at some tiny alphanumerics, and select your frames, eagerly eyed by the salespeople attending to you. Within the last two weeks, I'd begun noticing that the myopia in my right eye had worsened. So, once more, I began my search for an optician. Before this, I had visited various well-known optical chains and mall shops here in Klang Valley to replace my frames, or just to do some minor checking & adjusting. These visits were always familiar: I'd taken it as a given that the staff will be very salesperson-like, as I'd been conditioned via my prior experience with the Ipoh chain. This time however, I felt like trying something different. Browsing through Google Maps, I came upon this place, with its whopping 284 reviews and yet, a 5.0 star consensus! Intuition told me that there MUST be something special about this place, so I decided just to visit and see what it was like, deciding not to commit to making any purchases just yet. Outside the shop, my first impression was that the place is a little small; absolutely miniature in contrast to the sprawling spaces and endless displays at the chains I had gotten so used to visiting. As I walked through the doors, so began the familiar routine - I was asked to sit down at the "power" measuring machine. Then, however, it started to get a lot more interesting - while going through the procedure, I was told about the nuances of visual acuity and the scientific and physiological factors affecting it; I was asked about my ophthalmologic history, and about any prior eye-related injuries (of which I've actually had one). I realized that none of the other places I'd been to had actually asked me about that before... Then came the dreaded part - picking frames. As a serial "indecision-maker", I always spend way too much time deliberating about which frames to choose; there were always just too many choices. This time, however, it was surprisingly fun! It was almost like a montage from a makeover scene in one of those tween movies - while I was trying on all sorts of different frames, they went "nah, that doesn't work," to "oh, that's not too bad," and even "yes, that looks good!" It was reassuring having an expert in fitting being so forward about how different materials, and shapes of frames fit my specific face shape. In the end, I quickly settled on a pair of fashionable frames. A process which normally took over fifteen minutes was over and done with much more quickly. What followed was an easy choice - I instantly knew that Vision was THE place where I wanted to get my next pair of glasses made. Never have I visited an optometrist's with professionals as skilled, passionate, and fun as Zoey and Cheryl at Vision Optometry. Never once were they sales-centric - they never tried upselling or convincing, only exuding a genuine sense of desire to help me select the best solution possible based on my situation and budget. I shall remain a loyal customer of Vision Optometry and a friend of the people behind it, and so should you - I promise that you won't have to "look" anywhere else!

Good hospitality and pricing is competitive. Got glasses for kids too. Waiting period 2 3 days for ur glasses to be collected.

Popped by Vision Optometry to get my eyes checked. I reckon to go in the morning less crowd. In regardless, Zoey the optometrist patiently checked my eyes, carefully explained my conditions and reckon the solutions based on my budget. Great service, will be back.
