Professional opticians and optometrists. They're very customer-centric and will follow-up with you to check on the fitting and suitability of the lenses after a couple of weeks of getting a new pair of glasses. They also follow-up on certain cases every couple of months. My family feels comfortable going to them and we trust their recommendations on the lenses and frames. Update: Lost one side of my nose piece out of town, and they couriered replacements free of charge. Impressed with their service!

very professional team giving honest advice on the products they have. My new glasses had a defect on the right lens, they immediately placed order for new lens and offered to change both left and right lenses to save my from all the hassles. They followed up with my experience on my new glasses to see if i feel nauseous or uncomfortable. My other family members made glasses in other optical shops but some of them weren't that professional and the vision of the glasses were blurry. We made a visit to this shop and made a new one, no problem thus far. Will definitely introduce this optical shop to my friends and family if they need a new pair of glasses

A recommended place to get a new pair of glasses or simply change a new pair of lenses. My family goes here for lenses replacement/ purchasing a new pair of glasses. The staff was friendly and informative on their products. Appreciate that they followed up to check on the new pair of lenses I replaced. Excellent service provided.

Very good service. I’ve been changing spectacular few times over the years. First time encountered excellent service from Huiee, the optician. She will make sure the power is most accurate and test with different methods. Which I can sense they are passionate in service people, definitely will recommend my friends and family to come if needed ??❤️

Even if there was a 10 stars rating scale, I would absolutely give it 10 stars. Vision Pro Optical is one of Petaling Jaya's best and most underappreciated optical stores. It has been in operation for more than 40 years and is still going strong. It's on the lower floor of Amcorp Mall, directly across from Selera Berkat, a Mamak restaurant, and close to the escalator. They are open from 10.30 AM to 7.00 PM. When you enter into the store, you will be greeted warmly and the staff will make you feel at ease, unlike other optical shops where the first question you will be asked is, "What do you need?" However, they will give you time to peruse the shop and will gently inquire as to what assistance they can provide in terms of glasses and such like. The shop is large enough to accommodate large crowds, and if it becomes too crowded, they will direct customers to their first-floor shop, Tanjong Optical. On weekends, they prefer customers to make appointments to avoid any inconveniences. All of the employees here are knowledgeable and experienced in glasses and frame-related issues, providing peace of mind to everyone, whether they are new to specs, have no knowledge of specs, or have been wearing specs for years but are uncomfortable every time they go to an optical shop for some reason. This is because Ms. Carrie and her team do not rush you through an eye exam in order to make a quick sale, as most optical shops do; cut-throat prices with rushed service. As far as I can tell, Ms. Carrie and her team will never make a hard sale (hard selling) by just pressuring you to buy pricey glasses; the shop has everything from low-budget to mid-range to high-end spectacles. They will first ask for your budget, after which they will advise you on the finest ways to work out inside that budget. Even if you are purchasing low-cost glasses/frames, you will be treated equally to other customers who are purchasing more costly spectacles; there will be no prejudice based on your budget. So, if you're on a tight budget, you can shop with confidence at this store. As they are very honest and passionate about what they provide to the customers, the team will try their hardest to obtain the most accurate power through various type tests and methods. The team can spend hours explaining each and every doubt you have before making any purchase without becoming fatigued. They can even recommend colours, shapes, looks, and styles that are appropriate for your face. Ms Carrie and her team will take care of you from the moment you walk in till your payment is received. The shop is in excellent shape, with air conditioning and a welcoming ambience complete with comfortable chairs. The shop offers a diverse selection of frames, ranging from classic to modern, professional to branded. And, the glasses come in a number of styles, from different brands to different types of prescription glasses that you can have manufactured exactly to meet your vision impairments. All of the employees are Malaysians who can converse effectively in Malay, English, and Mandarin. They are professional and patient when dealing with any type of customer. Even if you are the most picky, they will take care of you and provide what you require. Once you've experienced their service, you'll undoubtedly become one of their hundreds of return customers. The shop accepts cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For security reasons, security cameras have been installed throughout the store, so there will be no worries if any unfortunate things occur.
