★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are one of the cheapest in town, but definitely not giving the best quality of service. Let me list out why and please consider again and again before renting any of their property.
1. The bed or tilam's quality is the worst I have ever seen.
The tilam was dented at the middle and they can still rent it out for people to sleep. I have complained to them about it, and all VISOHOMES TECHNICIAN did was just put extra wooden board underneath to support the tilam, but it didn't work. I was too lazy to complain again, so I've been sleeping uncomfortably, and my back got hurt very bad every morning throughout my stay with VISOHOMES PROPERTY.
2, After signing the agreement of the house rules, they will add-on EXTRA house rules whenever they deem fit and profitable to their agency after you stay-in.
3.. Deposit refund process is super slow. So my agreement is refund WITHIN 30 days, but the money wasn't refund until 31st day, and I was asked to resend again the "MOVE OUT FORM" on the 31st day to ask for refund.
Conclusion, if you're looking for cheap stay, you can consider VISOHOMES. If you're looking for cheap and QUALITY stay, please never consider VISOHOMES, it will leave you BACKACHE, and then you have to pay extra money for MASSAGE.
