been here 1 year, very busy road, even at night , every minute u can hear the busy-ness of the road, construction, people. quite an experience. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miss this place. The environment is very safe, clean and i didnt face any trouble when i was there for about a year. Very strategic if u study in UM. Nanti petang-petang senang je nak cari makanan dekat laluan sebelum masuk gate. Pasar malam isnin dan jumaat..Kedai runcit, dobi parking, surau pun ada. Tapi, beware of scammers. Many people advertise rental houses but they are not actually the owner or someone who lived there. X semua rumah cantik tau..Some of them have been renovated, some of them are in a very poor condition. Overall Im happy with this residential area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for a year. Very convenient location since it is only a 3-minute walk to LRT Universiti and bus station that goes to many places—Mid Valley, UM, PPUM, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam. There are a lot of food stalls along the walkway, and it’s just a five-minute walk to KL Gateway mall. Very suitable for people commuting by public transport, PPUM staff, UM students, and people working at Mid Valley and/or Bangsar South. Apartment security is good and reliable, and there’s a lot of foot traffic, so you don’t feel scared walking here even at night.
The apartment, however, isn’t well-maintained. Elevator is often not functional at certain times of the day. Sometimes the water supply stinks, or there’s water shortage. It’s also very hard to find a parking space, and the surau is tiny (But the availability of nearby local mosques—Masjid UM and Masjid ar-Rahah, Kerinchi, makes up for that). Depending on which apartment block you live in, it’s quite noisy—traffic sounds from the Federal Highway, bus sounds from the station, and the rumbling of the LRT are commonplace.
All in all, if you’re prioritizing good location, this is the place. Just don’t expect a great apartment; always view it beforehand, and have multiple choices up your sleeve ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aparyment located nearby LRT station, only walking distance around 200-300 meters. There is parking lot in this apartment but considet limited compared to number of unit. Consider as affordable price to rent in this apartment. There is also surau in this area

Rental: $$$ quite pricey
The house owner of this apartment unit I'm staying at: opportunist who'll take every chance there is to gain more money even at the expense of their existing tenants
Building: lack of maintenance
