Very unfriendly, lousy office management and seem to racist tenants.
Messy Lobby anyone can go inside.
Residents door even cannot auto close and no one fix so far

Handover team 3 stars as like robot & UOA needs to give customer service training to their few key personnel in Bangsar Southlink.

- left u hanging all alone after giving key
- gave no proper instructions on how to get the keys because u cant enter the apartment unless u have access card
- ask to meet at lobby to take keys and access card but cant go there because no key
- house was a bit dirty, not properly cleaned after the previous customer (hair strands in living room, bed dusty, previous tenant left drink in fridge and its rotten)
- need to constantly call to know what to do in the house
- security guard does not understand both malay and english so its so hard to talk to him (nepali)
- location is good. center.
- the house itself is beautiful, comfortable enough for 3 adults and 2 teenagers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got an issue after moving in for a month now. I am sleepless and panic everytime the renovating happening. ( not recommend for shift worker ). Moreover, I think still acceptable if the renovating happening on weekdays but after asked Management. Management said Southlink “ allow” renovating and every construction on Saturday 9am to 1pm. This is crazy even in weekend. Many people here need to rest on weekend. We need to sleep late and rest in weekend!! Rooms are nice, Facility is nice but Allow renovating to do in weekend!? Really not cool at all. Hope this help the others who facing the same issue like me. If the management see this comment please reconsider on your construction and renovating policy. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what Lifestyle in the name of the place is supposed to mean… is staying in a smelly and dirty place a lifestyle? Over a week there and I don’t think that a cleaner has ever been in any of the common spaces (corridors, lifts…) Does living in a dump makes you asocial? Seems like many residents lost their ability to aim at the trash containers when disposing of their garbage! Not to mention that it’s best, if you bring your own cleaning supplies for the apartment (see photos…)
