 Somewhat old and lonely. Facilities look bad. Management seems to have a problem managing maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the apartment recently and noted the entrance to its lobby has been spruced up with nice garden and pot plants. In addition, the swimming pool has been resurfaced with small pebbles concrete slab and the water looks clean and clear. Vista Heights, albeit a bit dated, is a quiet and low density apartment. Car parks appear adequate and the guard is friendly.
