If I can give no star I would. Pass my laptop to them with Windows issue that has blue screen every 2-7 minutes it will auto off on a Saturday. NO CALLS, NO FIXED, NO FOLLOW UP from them till tuesday ONLY after I call to follow up... Waste my time n effort to Digital Mall.

Worst service ever! I took an iPad Air to be repaired in their store. I was told to wait for 3 days. I ended up waiting for 3 weeks. In the second week I wanted to get my device back but they wouldn't give it to me. When they finally finished it, I went to the store and they asked me to wait for one more day. My device was full of dust and scratches from the inside. I complained but the manager was mad at me for not wanting to pay him the amount he wanted. Think it twice if you would like to have a device repair in this not so talented store. The manager should take better decisions and the personal should be trained better.

If i could give ZERO stars i definitely would. 1st time: Sent my laptop for keyboard repair as it couldnt type, they said it was chipset problem. They told me that it would take 5 days to get it fixed, tho the payment must be made prior to fixing, mind you, it was RM230. 5 days later i went to the shop and tried if the keyboard was working fine. The answer is: NO!! It still behaved the same way. So there goes my RM230 for fixing NOTHING. After several inspections they agreed to replace the keyboard and the new keyboard worked just fine. So in conclusion, it wasnt the chipset's but the KEYBOARD'S. I was glad that they didn't ask me further to pay for it cuz they already consumed RM230 from me that fixed literally NOTHING and they must be embarrassed about it. 2nd time: Sent my old laptop for repair as it couldnt boot. I was told i should wait for a week before my laptop got fixed, and it turned out that i had waited for 4 months! And what's more...they didn't bother giving me a call during these months. Everytime i called them they said "wait a bit more" or "can't find spare parts". At the end of the 4 months I ran out of patience and went there to retrive my laptop. At this point I thought it seemed fishy so after i went home i took apart my laptop and you know what, one of the ram chips was gone!!!! It was perfectly sitting there before i sent it for repair. When I called them to ask them about it they kept denying and refusing to admit it, saying they didn't take anything out. So, my advice: do yourself a favor and NEVER ever go there, they're bunch of clowns when it comes to fixing computers and stuff like that, BUT they're totally SMARTASS when it comes to stealing stuff.

Worst service ever! I took an laptop to be repair. I was told to wait for 1-2 weeks, but I ended up waiting for 1 month and the laptop also haven been done. The answers from them always is replacement hardware haven arrive still in shipping. Hope they can change the way to serve customer and find another faster way to get the stocks from oversea!!!

Sent it to fix the keyboard, he then said he was going to reset my whole pc just because my ssd had little storage but I told him not to. When I turned it on at home it keeps giving me error messages and now my whole windows is corrupted. I tried calling them for 3 days but they never picked up, I tried in the afternoon, evening and morning during their business hours but they just don't pick up. Actually useless

Not the best service; after they helped upgraded my laptop for a few days, my existing TB hardware got busted so I had to send it back to them. I'm not sure if they actually did much, but they took forever this time. It took them 2-3 weeks for them to fix and I was told that I would be called for a quotation before I made a final decision on fixing it. They didn't call me back in the end and decided to do whatever with it and charged me. So in total I spent about 700+ just for an upgrade and some minor fixing which could've been done within a few days instead of weeks. Poor customer service; the manager sounded very rude. Would not recommend. (I did this months back)

Went to repair my keyboard, ended up leaving with a computer that is even more oriented than before. Had to go there 6 times in total, every time a new "problem" would come up and now my pc is for the trash

Great place for servicing your laptop. Need to provide time as repairs is delicate, cannot be rushed. Subject to parts availability, which cannot be predicted.
