8 September 2018 thank you for highlighting the Tribunal Pengguna Case. i knew it from the very beginning that you out of sudden after few months, arrogantly replying to my review was because of this reason. you yourself knew that i filed the case to tribunal on 11th june but with a reason that still under investigation, they only officially sealed it on 4th july. the hearing was set on 7 august and because the case that i filed on 11th june is no more important and at the same time, you are giving me another problem on another matter, I sent an email dated 9th july to ask for advise how should i go with the 1st case since there is another different problem that i was facing with your company. there was no reply from them and also because i already lodged a report to the Gombak KPDNKK, i decided to file for the stop notice on 16 july. this stop notice is for the first case on how you deceived me on the stock quantity, sending wrong item and manipulate my statement to put the blame on me before the arrival of the real product that i bought. proceeding the case at tribunal is unnecessary since its not about the money that i want to get. its more on how to protect other customers from your deceiving tactics. therefore i was hoping for Gombak KPDNKK to complete their investigation because i believe they have concrete proves on how you manipulated the price at lazada, 11street and your own website (you even still doing it now shamelessly). you may say anything you want. but i do keep all the proves to provide to a court instead of just a tribunal. the investigation paper is still in process. why the tribunal failed to process the stop notice that i filed, it is also now under investigation by another government department. but please be assured that i never once, thinking of letting you down for simply failing to attend the hearing without any reason. .............................................................................................................. i need to remove my response on 23/8/2018 to give space for my 8/9/2018 response. (limited character prob) the 23/8 august is place as a screen shot below MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AS BELOW find out that the seller always use deceiving tactics to confused customers. the worst thing, found out that the seller did the product reviews for their own product in lazada portal. when i reported the abuse, the seller quickly edited the reviews to remove the viva living wordings. they must have not noticed the mistakes before. to double check, everyone can look at any of their product Q&A and will see the answer is from viva living. one of the seller name Mr Chong called me when they sent me wrong item. when i answered, he tell story about his colleague that only started to work at the company for 2 months and before that dont know work at which place (his exact words from his mouth). instead of asking me any information how to solve the problem or giving promise on the solution. when i refused to listen anymore to nonsense story, he blamed me for not helping him to solve the problem which is very manipulating tactic. please be very careful if want to deal with this company. i can sense its their modus operandi to deceive and manipulate their customers. unsuspecting customers might think they given good service but well informed customers will see how the seller use very cunning ways to deceive potential customers. i had very awful experience with my order from the stock availability, shipping, courier service, sent me wrong item and trying to make me feel bad and putting blame on me in manipulating tactic. shame on this company!

Exceeds expectations. They have really good quality products that packs so much more value for the price. Professional services as well, and they tended to any questions I had. Definitely recommend if you're looking for good furniture.

Pls be careful of this shop!!! I ordered an arm chair from them and after a long waited time they sent me a second hand item! I found it because I found some coins under the cushion!! This is terrible experience! Item bought with new unit price but end up received old item.

I fully paid for a mattress on 20/2/2022 during a furniture fair, it's been 2 months since then, every time we called them and query about the delivery, they gave empty promise one after another, until today they have not deliver it.
