★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hear my friends said this clinic for PCR, very fast the get result about 6hours only Rm150. But i was waiting for 20 hours also cant get yet. whatsapp read and no reply ..... cherang clinic empories just Rm155 for 6hours result.... i wont come to this clinic anymore...
21hours got my result .... we went 3person.... my son details all wrong , only name and are correct... my son become female. Omg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got second dose for kids here. They still very slow operation like MCO started. It took 1hour to get vaccination after registration. Many people gathered in front of clinic but reception officers just ignored that and did not start registration for 20mins. Lazy clinic, better to choose others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing this review based on my sister's (Azwani) experience. She came to do RTK testing for herself and two kids - 7 year old and one year old. Not sure what's their actual procedure in providing the RTK results. The kid sitting next to my sister turned out to be positive and she became stressed out and paranoid. This was only because she OVERHEARD the doctor/nurse telling the mother of the kid that her kid was positive. This should not be the way to convey the results as this caused unnecessary panic. There is a more proper way in handling cases like these and there is a reason why the result is always handed in a letter form not verbally. Please consider a more appropriate procedure and if there is one already, please ensure that it is followed. Starting to regret recommending this clinic to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was directed to this clinic via a testing hotline. The clinic is easy to find and there's ample parking space. There's a tent outside for testing patients, the clinic itself is clean and the process was smooth and seamless. Got my results in under 30 mins. Staff are efficient and polite. I told the staff that if my test was negative, I would like to see the dr to diagnose the cause of concern that drove me to seek a test. Dr Irfan was courteous and concise, and my consultation was somewhere between 5-8 mins. In a time such as this when covid and paranoia go hand-in-hand, he effortlessly reassured me and gave me mental comfort which is just as important as my physical wellbeing. Oh did I mention that they provide free biscuits and water for their patients? Hands down one of the best clinics I've ever stepped foot in. If I could give this clinic 10 stars, I would. And it's not just cos Dr Irfan told me to eat ice-cream for my mild case of tonsillitis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik paling best pernah pergi. Doctor (Dr. Nik Irfan) sangat soft spoken. Layanan okay tak de rasa takut2 pun. I was there for medical check up and the price was reasonable. Clinic assistant pun ramah. The environment was calm and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got booster jab for my husband here yesterday (9/1/22), very satisfying services! The lady staff at the counter is very professional, i love watching her interact with patients. 10 minutes is all it takes to see that she's very soft spoken, superb clear explanations and very organized! i can see that everyone left happy even no more booster left because she explain it so well and patiently..Highly recommended to get the booster here!!
