★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good even a lil bit overpriced. Service is quite slow. For such a big restaurant which can ammodate up to 100 pax, there were only 3 waiters serving the customers. I have to wait for almost 35 minutes for my food to be served. Perhaps they were unprepared and shocked with the number of customers since it was the 1st day of cross border is allowed after pkpb.
As a restaurant operator, they should have prepare for this kind of circumstances. They should have expected this.
As a customer, I am truly disappointed with the service. Hopefully, they will resolve this.

There is banner published a discount on every Wednesday. But when ask one Wednesday. The guy said is for member only. Without telling how to become member.
I never try eventually as I not feel welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed my meal there, the 2nd time. But...
The size of chicken parmigiana have decreased so much after the 1st pandemic. This was what my wife told me. She was a regular customer of Vivo, been there for a few times before. So she recalled the actual size of the dish. Also, they used to include lemon ? but it's no more. Not a big issue though. I had the BBQ chicken thingy. It was good, tasty and so much fat underneath, which I like. It comes together with several fries and a bunch of veggies on the side, for RM26+, which I think it's pretty steep. I had a plain water, my wife had a sprite. I can't drink fizzy drinks due to my diet.
The overall dish was nice but I think it was a little plain though, for that price.
The service was good though. Pretty fast at taking orders. We actually went to Secret Recipe earlier, but since we got in and sat down for 5 minutes, no one gave us the menu, we jumped to Vivo instead.
The indian girl who served the food was smashing though. She helped Vivo to get an extra star.

The lunch started off in a very disappointing way as your restaurant served me tasteless,watery ans unpalatable spaghetti. I thought it was a soup. just can't imagine your restaurant served me at this low standard. It would be the worst lunch I have ever. Honestly, dissatisfaction level to the maximum. I request you to keep your priority on the quality of food instead of external decoration. Thank you.
