★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to two International schools(Vikas International and Rangers International)... Lot of space for physical workout and play area for Kids... BUS stop is near by. HSBC Bank and ATM and KHS clinic is at walkable distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It look like designers of the building were crazy it has many flaws and not properly supervised. 1) Residents can't use normal lifts to thier own parking rather they have to use Bomba lift to access to parking and waiting time is huge sometimes it's more than 20 minutes. 2) the main entrance is so confusing. 3) Bathrooms doesn't have proper slope for water to drain in holes. 4) Bathrooms doesn't have proper natural lights. 5) clogging is common after few days something is wrong with levelling and flow. 6) Electrical fittings in all bedrooms are in such a way that you can't use them once you keep if you want to use chaging points then don't use bed. 7) very little kitchens and no space on platforms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Vivo Suites by Kyuka Home which I booked through Agoda. For me if anyone wants to do a homestay business, they need to be responsible of their guests and the owner (Kyuka Home Management) was lousy.
Pros:
- Spacious apartment with affordable rates
- Wide range of TV channels (Netflix, YouTube and etc)
- Beautiful view from the balcony and rooms (view of the city and Klang River)
- Basic amenities provided (towels, duvet set, shampoo & shower gel)
- Free Parking (the machine hasn't been operated when we stayed)
Cons:
- The owner (Mr. Wong) took days to replied to simple messages. I asked was there any deposit required and he only replied after I asked him TWICE.
- I thought he'll be collecting them during arrival but he asked me to transfer/ bank in the money into his account and it was really a struggle for us to find a bank at a very last minute because we weren't familiar with KL roads. Not everyone have online banking, wouldn't it be easier if you informed us earlier? We can do that a day before!
- There was only one sofa at the living room. Surely, not enough for us coming with group of families.
- The chairs for dining table were VERY fragile. I was scared to seat on it. I rather seat on the floor
- No floor mat in front of the bathroom, at the entrance or inside rooms. Imagine coming out from the bathroom with no floor mat!!
- I've been to many hotels and residences, they always refund your deposit during check-out after housekeeping done checking the house. But Kyuka Home Management hold my deposit for 3 days!! Only after I whatsapp and call them TWICE! Their excuse was they handled many residences and the housekeeping wasn't there to check the house so it gives them right to hold my deposit.
- Since there's no witness, the owner can simply accused guests for damaging items and deduct from the deposit after the guests leave the property. House needs to be checked right after check-out while the guests is still there so that nobody is blaming anybody without any proof.
- The swimming pool was quite dirty with dried leaves, flower, yellowish dirt everywhere
