โ โ โ โ โ I would refrain from buying property developed by this developer. Itโs past project is with Very poor design but sold at high price and the quality of property is Not good as well. Lots of Defects...
I believe after the developer see this comment, you may probably see differing comments to counter/ amend their reputation.. while developer may possibly react aggressively towards this comment as well.

โ โ โ โ โ The showroom is inside the actual construction site hence it is not safe for children or baby..other than that you'll get the typical showroom vibe but on a smaller scale..not a fancy showroom but it is enough

โ โ โ โ โ Those who have bought property from this developer previously will most likely NOT buy from this developer anymore in the future.
DON'T be blinded by the nice looking show rooms or their hardcore selling technique.
Their POOR workmanship and BAD design will give you LOTS of HEADACHES when you receive your unit. Be forewarned..
Just speak to anyone who has bought property from this developer and you will get your answer.
You will probably see the developer possibly asking their staff/ friends to prop up the rating artificially on google map.
