★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dah 4 kali saya dtg ke karaoke ni. Service, tandas semua ok. Harga murah, ikut bilik bukan ikut kepala which is so nice. However, there're 2 things that need to change since the first time I step into this place
1. PLEASE frequent update your song lists
Kebanyakan lagu2 semua lama2. Lagu yg baru jarang jumpa... Kalau ada pun dalam new release list tapi tu pun nasib2 jumpa. Please PLEASE update your listing. Especially Japanese & Korean lists. Even artists popular mcm ENHYPEN, TXT, Eve, Milet saya tak jumpa dalam singer listing. And please change the kanji name to romaji if you can..if not just update the list before I came back for the 5th timeeeeT_T
2. Please improve your mic
Setiap kali sy dtg, sy akan dpt bilik 2, which has the most problematic mic I suppose. Mic kadang2 tak hidup time nyanyi, membuang masa sy nk test mic tu balik. And harini sy dtg, screen karaoke tu pulak yg problem. Sekejap hidup mati. Harap kali ke 5 sy dtg tak jadi mcm ni lagi la.
Overall good experience. Bilik sejuk beku sbb beraircond which is nice, keropok dgn air pun ok. Staff yg saya dtg hari ini pun brsopan. Thanks
I've been to this karaoke 4 times. Service, toilets are all ok. Cheap price, follow the room instead of following the head which is so nice. However, there're 2 things that need to change since the first time I step into this place

Most songs are old. New songs are rarely found ... If there are any in the new release list, but that's also fate. Please PLEASE update your listing. Especially Japanese & Korean lists. Even popular artists mcm ENHYPEN, TXT, Eve, Milet I did not find in the singer listing. And please change the kanji name to romaji if you can..if not just update the list before I came back for the 5th timeeeeT_T
2. Please improve your mic
Every time sy comes, sy will get room 2, which has the most problematic mic I suppose. Mic sometimes doesn't live when singing, wasting time trying to test the mic back. And today I came, the karaoke screen was a problem. For a moment life dies. Hope the 5th time it doesn't come like this again.
Overall good experience. The room is frozen and air -conditioned which is nice, crackers with water are also ok. The staff I came to today was also polite. Thanks

Has drinks and meals even.
The Karaoke system UI feels quite dated but there are still new songs being added.
Worth the price for the occasional karaoke session with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on 21st March 2022 at 8:30pm. Bad service, 2 young male counter staff were not friendly and racist. They talked bad word among them toward us in chinese language being thinking we do not understand it. Earlier we asked about student price and they said they do not have student price but it clearly shown at the counter about student price if you show your student ID/card. We first paid for 1 hour with 2 drinks and 1 tidbits but what we received only the drinks and later on we add another 1 hour, but didn't get the drinks. We don't want to argue at that moment and this is the best way to express our dissatisfaction & feedback. We will not come again.
