★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good overall experience for the 60K KM service at Ingress Auto new Volvo 3S centre. The centre is 1 week old.
Car sent 830 as per appointment. Received message at about 130 that the service is done. Picked ip the car at 330 though.
Car was cleaned and washed without being requested.
Overall 8/10 experience.
Points for improvement:
1. For the booking, I was required to email to them the car registration card. All my details were already taken. However, upon arrival at the centre, I still needed to fill in a form with all the details as per what I have submitted via email.
2. It was 830 am (the centre was opened at 8 am) and not even 1 salesperson was there to attend to me while I checked out every single Volvo model available there. To my surprise, a group of 4 or 5 of them were having breakfast at the nasi lemak stall in front of the centre. Maybe no biggie to most but for me personally, a big no no.
3. I am actually being serious about not having any breakfast prepared for customer. Not about I am being difficult or cheapskate but it is actually a norm now in Volvo competitor centres. Even Mazda and Mitsubishi also provide simple breakfast.
4. Payment is to be made the front counter, right in front of the main entrance. This in my opinion needs to be done away from main customer traffic and walk way.
Plus points:
1. Excellent attention given by Saravana, the same person who attended to my car in Clear Marquee.
2. On time with the service completion
3. Lively and modern looking centre
4. Clean and confortable surau available.
5. Merchandise section which is a plus point.
6. All models are available in the showroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car for a check and also dashcam installation on the 25th of March. Was attended by Loggan, everything went smoothly initially.
However when I went to pick up my car the following day, I had to wait for close to 40mins just to get my carkeys. Loggan wasn't attentive/efficient and there was no queue system, he also left a "souvenir" in my car.
This is not a review of the dealership as the other staff were very polite and attentive, only this particular Service Advisor. With that, I'm doubtful that I will return to this centre.

However, the post sales service is bad. Recent experience of my car accident, the customer service keep delaying without follow up and the sales person also don't bother to follow up. After 2 weeks totally no follow up and I have to chase call over the call. What a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super duper impressed by the friendly professionalism I got from Volvo Cars Ingress Swede Automobile as I sent my 7 year old V40 for a long overdue service.
It began with the super friendly and smiling security officer guiding me to my parking and to be greeted by the friendly reception ladies were so accomodating and welcoming with offer of coffee and drinks. And the Scandi inspired corners were so comfy with coffee table books really exude warmth in contrast with the minimalistic premium showroom of Volvo.
My service expert Victor is super great walking me through each of the service and parts required, careful of my budget and was keeping me updated with the right time when my car will be ready. He was frank with timing, managing expectations well. Overall, I got my car back in top shape and smiling ear to ear with the service and can't help to think about my next service..... Thank you team! You guys are amazing!
