They were upfront about the estimated process and there were no surprises throughout. All my car service needs will be going through GoMechanic in the future. Also, I started looking when another service company quoted me what I knew to be too high for brake pads. GoMechanic provided the service at a significantly lower price and a much better experience overall. Highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer who always had my cars serviced at dealers, I was looking for a more reasonable alternative to get service done for my Toyota and they hit it out of the park. Spot on estimate over the phone, honest and accurate work and incredible customer service and follow up. I could not ask for a better experience at half the cost of what the Toyota dealer charges. A big thank you to your amazing team!!!
