Great place, survivor peace.

Today on 18/9/21,Saturday- came to have blood count check,even is closed but Dr said can draw blood to do blood but if transfusion required have to come the next day which I agreed. Was there at 9.15am was asked to wait till Dr finished their round.The nurses can’t draw blood? I am puzzled! Waited 1 hr half then the Chinese bespectacled draw blood ,then asked to wait 1hr to 2 to get the analysis result out.By that time was up a nurse called me to see the Dr,was told they send the blood in the tube for analysis!!! Then advised me to go for lunch n wait again!!! OMG!! What kind work ethic is these Dr having!!! Waited almost 3hrs for nothing!!! I then requested that when the result is out please call to inform me.In which the Dr which draw blood wrote down my hp number n IC.I left for home after that at 1.30pm In the end till the ward closed no one call!!! Can you believe what attitude the Dr have! Hoped the management of the ward or hospital look into it!

Clean place and properly maintain. Just that there are many patients, so waiting for long time is a norm. Water dispenser, microwave and handicap toilet, wheelchair are available.

The waiting time is painful. Though the nurses and doctors are great, the frustration of waiting for ur turn is greater. You will spend at least half day for the 5 mins doc consultation. Not sure what's lack and wondering if there is anything can be done to speed up the process.
