★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very disappointed with my haircut result..I ask for fade but Not even look like fade..I think he newbie barber.. Less skilled And equipment is not enough...Please do much more practice and Please make sure he is skilled enough to take responsibility to handle the customer thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy at all. Came here with my son to have both our hair cut. Unfortunately after waiting nearly over an hour, I was told that only one of us can have our hair cut as only one name was registered when we walked in. There was a guy greeted and asked us to register using the fancy Ipad but no mention about one name can only carry one person. So in my case two names should have been registered.
The price has gone up significantly too not on par with the services provided. Good luck having a trainee cutting your hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fIrst time I came in, I didn't even know I have to write my name and no one told me anything even though I have been sitting there for almost half an hour. People who came after me wrote their name and they were entertained first. So I ended up writing my name after waiting for so long and have to wait even longer. When it was finally my turn, more than one hour later, I showed the barber photos of me with the exact haircut I wanted. He straight up ignored me and didn't even respond to my request that I don't want my hair to be too short. and that was exactly what he did! My hair got so short it looked horrible. I wear glasses so when I take them off I can't see myself clearly in the mirror and have to trust the barber. But now I regret I did and I seriously upset with the service. Sorry but never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Latest Update - After December 2019 and Jan 2020.
Service level improved. More attentitive. No more break time issues. Barbers could be trained better. Now average cut.

Used to be good. Now service is declining. Opening time not consistent. Break time also not consistent. Wasting time driving all the way to their place. Waiting time also long. All trainees whom are reluctant to work. Phone number given doesn't respond properly as well. No break time updated in google. Finding better place to cut after this. Thank you for all the previous service.

Didnt mind the steep price, but my beard was patchy and there was even a bald spot on the mustache.
Will never consider to return here.
