★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are helpful and accommodating. They can even speak English if needed. Three rooms with several beds which means they can accommodate several patients at one time. Needles are not reused, doctor is so helpful, the assistants are very helpful as well. They allow you to control the current that goes to the needle which is very important for me as a newcomer. Overall experience was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please update your operation hours...When we checked in google it showed the clinic open from 3pm to 6.30pm. For confirming whether it's open or not, I called them few times but they didn't attend the call...We went there at 4 clock but it was closed...They stick the operation hours details there (8.30am to 12.30 pm) Few members also came and wait there..So please update the details of your centre clearly....

The doctor is very busy, be nice as he is running cheap and efficient.

Best time to get here :5.30 to 7 am, 6.30 to 7.30 pm.
* You could come here all other time based on the given operational hours but be ready to wait*
Pro tips:
1. Wear comfy clothes.
2. Bring along a sarong (for using it as a bedsheet)
3. A small water bottle
4. Have alot of patience.
5. Sifu is a busy guy, if it's your first time, he will attend to you very nicely and somehow on the next follow up he really knows what is going on with you and you may start to feel like he doesn't listen to you. If you pain is not resolved on the. 3rd or 4th time,call him out nicely and let him know.
6. For whatever pain you have, give acupuncture 5 tries minimum.
7. First time charges: RM20+ , every subsequent appointment is just RM15

Fee is cheap cause they practice kind of charity give back, not just target high margin. So dont expect a very comfy environment. Always crowded.
