Every thing are available, LRT, shopping Malls, clinical, 7/11,...,
there are mostly university students living, security in there is too hard for control a lot of young people,
The water system almost 1,2 times each year has problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can describe the building as aging gracefully. Slightly more expensive compared to the rest of the area to rent or purchase units here, it comes with walking distance to LRT, handy mamak stalls, Cyber cafes, KKmart, Computer shops right in front of the main gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo equipped with basic lifestyle facilities, such as swimming pool, gym, children's playground, BBQ Area, multipurpose hall & 24 hours security etc. A typical set up that suit professionals, couples and even small families. Surrounding by many amenities and walking distance to Wangsa Maju LRT to connect to all the major train/bus station. Less than 30 minutes to KL Sentral and you can either take an ERL train (28 Minutes) or catch a bus (+- an hour) to KLIA/KLIA2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location, nearby has access to LRT, hawker stores, mamak, 24 hours laundry, Family Mart, 7-11, KK Mart, cybercafes, AEON etc. Suitable for working class, professionals or small family. Condo is quiet and safe and can do jogging & gym inside its compound.
