★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price for standard neighborhood Japanese restaurant. Variety of menu and customer service is fast and efficient. Before order will give you hot towel and prepare a free dessert for you after finish the eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall an enjoyable dining experience. I was alone and not too hungry hence only tried their sashimi and salad. Their supervisor came to introduce me to try their omakase menu after seeing I ordered their sashimi set but I declined as I wasn’t hungry and unable to eat too much, Warakuya boss is lucky to have such persistent staff, after promoting the omakase, she came again to promote desserts and chocolates. They have a mascot that comes around every half an hour for the patrons to take picture with, kids would love this. Their sashimi came in huge fat slices that was immensely enjoyable and the salad was huge. I was super full. The only reason why I deducted the star is the ambience wasn’t enjoyable due to the loud Japanese song blaring from their stereos. Luckily I was alone, imagine talking or catching up while the song is so loud wouldn’t be a nice experience.

I think it was okay but not superb overall.
Service was good. Attentive and polite.
Environment was good as well and clean.
I think their food presentation is great.
5 star for service, environment and presentation.
3 star for the soba tempura.

-Provide plastic cover to allocate the mask during dine-in.
-Provide hot towel before the food is served.
Overall credit can be given.
However, not to mentioned the waitress is less "customer-friendly". Their customer services was just "okay" comparatively with their other outlets.
The vibe is awkward when the food is served.
Providing the service charges, the price is reasonably high but still acceptable, providing the nice decorations.
Not trying to critise but just hoping for space of improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi roll were good and fresh. Service was extremely good with green tea constantly refilled. They also gave complementary pudding desserts. Their california roll is extremely delicious.
Will come back and try their sashimi platter next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and affordable japanese restaurant you can get. Huge menu selection, and surprisingly many of them are good.
Friendly and attentive staff, lots of loyalty promotion for regular patron.
Parking could be difficult depends on your time of arrival. and usually there will be a wait during peak dining hours... so please plan ahead.
