Always try to short change you.
If you are a buyer,then you better know your rights, because they won't tell you or give you if you not aware.

- wall paint chipped
- floor tiling not even in size.
- moulding in our TNB column and post box
- wall surrounding window frame not properly plastered (ALL of it)
- toilet levelling obviously is senget and etc
Handed the property over and both units didnt clean all the dust, wall paints all over the tiles and etc. Yucks.
Bought two units of their Semi D at RM900k each in Nilai is considered pricey and only with a built up of double storey terrance. This is what you get. Horrible definitely is a nightmare.
