โ โ โ โ โ On 15/July/2017 I bought a 2011 re condition Cayenne from Watan Motor and the car check light came out on the first day, from that day onward I have been sending the car in and out from the work shop for about two weeks untill it finally broke down on 29/July/2017,after that they have been postpone the delivery date weeks after weeks, I have been paying the car installment for two months now and I still haven't seen my car untill today, and when I ask about when will the car be ready....they always said Not Sure !!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst sales man ever works here. No effort, black sullen face, bad attitude. Its a shame as I like some of the cars on sale here. Pity.

โ โ โ โ โ Same conman dealer anywhere. Bought an 180k Japan recond new register from this place. Tried to take advantage of me by charging RM1,000 for registration and another RM1,800 for "service charge and inspection". Then they also tried to keep the balance of full settlement amount.
The car I bought broke down within a month. Total engine failure. Total cost of overhaul was RM20k. The Opal Warranty that supposedly came with the car claim the fault it's not covered by the warranty. I even topped up for extra cover.
Watan Motor, Keong Heng Motor and Opal Warranty are all scrums of the earth.
Stay away from these guys. You've been warned. If the deal is too good to be true, it probably is.
Never trust a car salesman. Never.

โ โ โ โ โ After sales service is terrible. Unprofessional and attitude change after sales. I bought one unit of Lexus RX200t Sport from them in April 2019, on the day of collecting the car and while driving home half- way, the front wheel fender of the car gave way. They promised to replace a new set for me. After few months of follow-up, nothing was done but they continue giving all sort of excuses. Finally managed to sought the help from Authorized Lexus Malaysia. Every time follow up with them on my car pending issues (which they have committed before purchase the car), they will ask for two more weeks to settle and this is how I end up till today still following up with them (9 months). Just have no idea where to lodge a complaint, only myself to blame for choosing a wrong car dealer for a Lexus.
